CRFS in Transition: Urban Ag Manual

The Urban Agriculture Manual is intended to be a curated and annotated collection of resources for diversified urban and peri-urban growers, whether they are non-profit organizations, for profit farms or community gardens.

The manual includes information and publications about business and marketing, crop information, crop planning, equipment, food safety, integrated pest management, postharvest management and season extension techniques emphasizing organic and/or sustainable production practices.
The manual is maintained by the Urban and Regional Food Systems group at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
